There are many different meditation techniques and styles, and it can be quite time-consuming (and sometimes demotivating) to find a suitable one. 

Over the last few years, I learned from various very experienced teachers around the globe, dove deep into a lot of techniques, and reviewed many different traditions and styles, in addition to exchanging with many students.

This gave me the possibility to compose a program for you, derived from the most impactful, efficient, and easy-to-learn techniques based on traditions that are thousands of years old.  

As you are not a monk, you need to learn to be efficient in your practice in the context of your busy daily life. I designed the AAHANA 5-Step Technik for individuals like you – busy people with dynamic minds – to support you in seizing the day (instead of letting the day seize you!) – and ultimately improving your life.

My teachings are based on my studies and understandings of modern meditation and mindfulness, the Vedas and the Himalayan tradition of yoga meditation, as well as ancient Hawaiian and Buddhist traditions. Integrated with direct experiences from my daily meditation and present moment awareness practice. It is my passion to build bridges between these traditional teachings and our western world.
