What is coaching and how can it help you?
Coaching is the joint processing of questions at eye level, with the goal of enabling you to recognize and develop your full potential in order to achieve your personal or professional goals. It helps you to gain clarity, to recognize and strengthen resources, to overcome obstacles and to induce sustainable changes in your life.
Coaching is forward looking, without digging into the past or trying to figure out why things are a certain way. We always work forward, future-focused.
As a coach, I am basically there to help you find your own answers. Coaching can also be described as a constructive way to help yourself.
An important basic assumption in coaching is that every person is an expert of his or her own life. This means that only you know exactly what is good for you and what is not. The answers are all within you; sometimes deep inside and well hidden. My job as a coach is to bring them out through deeper, mindful questioning.
Coaching can improve your life in many ways. It can help you advance your career, gain clarity about your calling, develop more effective communication skills, improve your time management, reduce stress, increase your confidence, better handle conflict, and many more.
Ultimately, it’s about helping you make the changes you desire and live a fulfilling, self-directed and vibrant life.

Coaching offers individual support and personalized solutions. Unlike self-help programs or advice from friends, I consider your unique needs, goals and challenges. I ask you specific questions, offer new perspectives, and have an entire toolbox to help you overcome problems and achieve your goals.
The advantage of coaching is that you can successfully work on an issue in just a few sessions.
Usually, a coaching process consists of 2 to 10 sessions. The focus is always on achieving a jointly defined goal. Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each make sense; depending on the topic and the initial situation.
If you have any further questions or are interested in coaching, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss your individual needs!
